We aim to ship your order on the next business day. Delivery within Australia is generally 3-5 working days. If your order will take much longer than 7-10 working days, or the time stated on the item page for delivery, you will be contacted by phone or email.

We offer international shipping for a flat rate of AUD$30.00.

REFUND / EXCHANGE

We hope you will be completely happy with your purchases. However if for any reason you need to return goods, please do so within 14 days, unused with all packaging and tags, and we will either exchange or refund. Please note, there are no exchanges or refunds on Outlet or Warehouse Sale items.
